Who is Full Circle?

How it All Began

Long before Full Circle Wellness Center opened its doors on Main Street, the vision was already alive in my heart. As a little girl growing up in Brigham City, I was taken to a small wellness center downtown with my hippie grandmother. That space—filled with ear candling, massage, energy work, and soulful practitioners—left an imprint on me. I remember thinking, “What a magical way to spend a life—being someone’s restoration space in a world that’s always rushing past the sacred.”

That little center became my sanctuary. And in the sweetest twist of fate, I would later learn it was owned by the family of my now-dear friend and Full Circle Doula partner, Jenica Burgan. Full Circle, it turns out, started long before we hung our sign on Main Street.

The Dream is Planted

In 2015, I met Lindsay Ransom from @indigo.midwifery, and together we launched the first version of Full Circle—a birth-centered wellness business with a big dream of someday creating a physical space that brought together all things holistic healing.

When Lindsay moved to Arizona to continue her journey to becoming a midwife, our shared dream was gently set on pause. She had been my anchor, my security blanket. But by 2019, I knew it was time. I stepped forward, on my own, and opened the doors to what is now Full Circle Wellness Center.

Full Circle in Every Sense

In a beautiful example of the universe’s cyclical synchronicity, Lindsay—the original creator of our name and logo—now works alongside Jenica, whose family once owned the very wellness center that first inspired me.

It has always been Full Circle.

Where We Are Now

This week marks another birthday for our beloved FCWC. And I’m feeling nostalgic. The journey has been anything but linear—full of wild ebbs, bold expansions, necessary contractions, and the kind of change that keeps us alive and growing.

We’ve only just begun. Big things are coming this year, and I can’t wait to share how we’re evolving. Thank you for being part of this wild, beautiful ride.

"What started as a shared dream became a sanctuary where wellness, connection, and community thrive."

Building a Community

Years later, their shared vision expanded. Both Jess and Shallen dreamed of creating a wellness center to deepen their support for the holistic community. Jess took the first step by establishing Full Circle Wellness Center, while Shallen focused on her family and joined the center as a practitioner. The beginnings were humble—an old space with torn carpet—but the vision was bold: to create a place where health, wellness, and community could thrive.

Turning Vision into Reality

In October 2019, Full Circle Wellness Center opened its doors. A few years later, Shallen joined Jess as co-owner, combining their passions to grow the center into what it is today. Together, they’ve created more than just a wellness center; they’ve built a hub for holistic living, learning, and connection.

Our Mission, Vision, and Values

Full Circle Wellness Center reflects the values Jess and Shallen have shared long before the center was born. These principles guide every decision, every interaction, and every service offered at Full Circle.

At Full Circle, we believe wellness is a collective journey. We’re proud to collaborate with local non-profits to host programs, events, and resources that enrich lives. Whether through free support groups, community partnerships, or simply offering space for growth, we are dedicated to creating opportunities for connection and healing.

Our classroom space has become a haven for gatherings that foster education, growth, and community relationships. These efforts reflect our belief that wellness isn’t just for individuals—it’s for the collective good.
